Anti-ACBP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human ACBP (acyl-CoA-binding protein) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody is presented at approximately 1 mg/ml and is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. The polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of ACBP and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across these species. For best stability, aliquots should be stored at -20 °C, where the reagent remains stable for up to one year from the date of receipt.
