ACBD4 (Acyl-CoA Binding Domain Containing 4) is a peroxisomal protein involved in lipid metabolism and fatty acid trafficking, and this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com provides a specific detection tool for research applications. The antibody binds long-chain acyl-CoA esters at peroxisomes and is relevant to studies of fatty acid oxidation and metabolic regulation. Raised in rabbit, the unconjugated stock is supplied as 100 µl and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. It detects endogenous ACBD4 in cell lysates and tissue sections, supporting investigations of peroxisomal disorders and lipid homeostasis. For optimal stability, store at -20°C in small aliquots and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Suited for research use only.
