Anti-ACAT1 (K266) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ACAT1 (K266), an epitope on the ACAT1 protein. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 235-286 of Human ACAT1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of ACAT1 protein. The target has an expected molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
