Anti-ACAT1 Antibody

The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human ACAT1 as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of the ACAT1 protein. It is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 45kDa. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.
