Anti-ACAT1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, is directed against CD74 and supplied unconjugated in a liquid formulation.

Of the IgG isotype, the reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and is affinity purified. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with concentration reported as lot specific.

The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 30–40 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
