Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ACAN and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human ACAN. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ACAN protein and the observed molecular weight is ~ 97 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
