Description
Antibodies.com provides an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ACADS, validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The antibody was generated against recombinant full-length human ACADS and detects endogenous levels of the protein in human samples.
The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
