Anti-ACADS Antibody

An affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against ACADS/SCAD, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent of IgG isotype. The manufacturer reports reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples and validation for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human ACADS (NP_000008.1). Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:100. The reported molecular weight of the target is 44 kDa.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only.
