Anti-ACADS Antibody

This polyclonal Rabbit IgG antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, targets ACADS/SCAD and is supplied in an unconjugated, liquid format. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target has a molecular weight of 44 kDa, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human ACADS (NP_000008.1).

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
