Anti-ACADM Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human ACADM immunogen and is designed to detect the endogenous level of total ACADM (medium-chain specific acyl-CoA dehydrogenase, mitochondrial; also known as MCAD/MCADH). The antibody is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺ (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and should be stored at –20 °C for continuous use. Recommended applications are Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been validated for reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of fatty-acid β-oxidation.
