Anti-ACADL Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, targets ACADL (also known as LCAD), a protein with a molecular weight of 47 kDa. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid.

The antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 31–210 of human ACADL (NP_001599.1), and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry.
