Anti-ACAD9 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets ACAD9 and is supplied unconjugated. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human ACAD9 (NP_054768.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 69 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. The isotype is IgG. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
