Anti-ACAD11 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against ACAD11 (Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family member 11). The IgG antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western Blotting (WB), reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–230 of human ACAD11 (NP_115545.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 87 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.
