Raised in rabbit against a fusion protein derived from internal residues of human Acyl-CoA Dehydrogenase Family Member 11, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com binds endogenous levels of total ACAD11 and is affinity-purified for consistent batch-to-batch performance. The antibody is supplied at 0.7 mg/mL in a 100 µl vial of PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples.

In-house Western blot validation uses an 8% SDS-PAGE gel loaded with 40 µg of human fetal liver lysate per lane, with the primary antibody applied at a 1/300 dilution and a secondary antibody at 1/8000, with detection captured after a 1 minute exposure. Immunohistochemistry has been confirmed on paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue at a 1/15 dilution, supporting its use for probing mitochondrial fatty-acid β-oxidation enzymes in metabolic and oncology research, including studies of hepatocellular carcinoma and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease models. The catalogue identifier A37181 distinguishes this reagent within the Antibodies.com portfolio of primary antibodies.

For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity across repeated experiments. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
