Anti-ACAA2 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets ACAA2, supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human ACAA2 (NP_006102.2), and the target protein is reported to have a molecular weight of 50 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western Blot, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
