Anti-ABO Antibody

It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a ready-to-use 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, no Mg²⁺/Ca²⁺) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody is a polyclonal IgG produced in rabbit and is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse and rat samples, making it a flexible choice for cross-species expression studies of the ABO glycosyltransferase.
