Anti-ABL1 (phospho Y245) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ABL1 phosphorylated at Tyr245. It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y245 of human ABL1 (NP_005148.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The reagent is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 124 kDa and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
