Anti-ABL1 (L406) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a region encompassing the L406 epitope of human ABL1, the Abelson tyrosine-protein kinase implicated in chronic myeloid leukemia and other proliferative disorders. Provided by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, this antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows.
