Anti-ABL1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ABL1 and is supplied as a liquid reagent validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1000–1130 of human c-Abl (NP_005148.2), and the reagent is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 150 kDa. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is shipped at 4°C for storage at –20°C after aliquoting; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:200 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.
