Anti-ABL1 (A198) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171-120 of Human ABL1. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of ABL1 protein.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Two bands are recognised at approximately 80 kDa and 123 kDa, corresponding to the reported molecular weight of ABL1.
