Anti-ABL1/2 (phospho-Y393/439) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ABL1/2 and recognises the kinases only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 393/439. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human ABL1/2 surrounding the Tyr393/439 phosphorylation site. Endogenous ABL1 is detected only when phosphorylated at Tyr393, and endogenous ABL2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr439.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 123 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
