Anti-Abi-1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of the Abi-1 protein (also known as ABI1, E3B1, and SSH3BP1). The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Abi-1, and the IgG isotype preparation is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. Validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows, the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a flexible choice for cross-species studies of cytoskeletal regulation, Abl signaling, and related pathways. For best stability the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
