Anti-ABHD5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ABHD5 (also known as CGI-58) is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It shows reactivity with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-349 of human ABHD5 (NP_057090.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilution for Western blot is 1:200 to 1:2,000. The concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
