Anti-ABHD4 Antibody

A polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit against human ABHD4 (abhydrolase domain-containing protein 4), provided by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide, pH approximately 7.3. ABHD4 functions as a serine hydrolase that cleaves N-acyl ethanolamines, including the endocannabinoid anandamide, and has been characterized as a lysophospholipase active on N-acyl phosphatidylethanolamines. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with confirmed reactivity toward human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial contains 100 µl of unconjugated antibody. For routine use, store refrigerated at 4 °C; for longer-term storage, aliquot and freeze to preserve activity. Intended for research use only.
