Anti-ABHD13 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ABHD13 (Abhydrolase domain containing 13) and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG isotype and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ABHD13. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ABHD13 protein, reported at a molecular weight of ~39 kDa, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity is confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples, with two scientific validation images supporting these uses.

ABHD13 is an abhydrolase domain-containing protein mapped to chromosome 13 (region 108218392–108234243), with predicted membrane localisation and detection in the cytosol.
