Anti-ABHD13 Antibody

ABHD13 is a broadly expressed α/β-hydrolase fold enzyme that has been studied in the context of the cGAS-STING innate immune pathway, with work linking its activity to type I interferon signaling and the cellular response to viral RNA. Orthologous sequences in mouse and rat are well conserved across the catalytic serine hydrolase domain, supporting cross-species biochemical and immunological studies.

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at pH 7.2. It is unconjugated and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, providing species-specific detection of endogenous ABHD13 in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections.
