Anti-ABCG8 Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies this primary antibody as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ABCG8. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant human ABCG8 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 76 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
