Anti-ABCG2 (N338) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ABCG2, available from Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 302-356 of human ABCG2 and detects endogenous levels of the ATP-binding cassette sub-family G member 2 protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
