Anti-ABCG2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BCRP/ABCG2, available through Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It has been cited in 1 publication.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human ABCG2 (NP_004818.2). Following affinity purification, the antibody recognises its target at an apparent molecular weight of 65–80 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only.
