Anti-ABCC8 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting SUR1, also known as ABCC8, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications with reactivity against mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 700-1000 of human ABCC8 (NP_000343.2). The product is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. The reported molecular weight of the target is 177 kDa.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
