Anti-ABCC5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ABCC5 (also referred to as MRP5), supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–179 of human ABCC5 (NP_005679.2). The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 185 kDa. The antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:1,000–1:2,000, and one scientific validation image is available.
