Anti-ABCC4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets ABCC4 (ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 4), also known as MRP4, MOAT-B, MOATB, or the multi-specific organic anion transporter B, a member of the multidrug resistance-associated protein family. The reagent is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL vial, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified against the immunogen, a recombinant protein of human ABCC4. The antibody is unconjugated, polyclonal, and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on samples from Human, Mouse, and Rat, where it detects endogenous levels of total ABCC4 protein. For long-term stability, the glycerol-containing buffer is best kept frozen at –20 °C in small aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, with short-term storage at 2–8 °C as needed.
