Anti-ABCC4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against ABCC4 (also referred to as MRP4), distributed by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with five scientific validation images accompanying the product. The Antibodies.com product attributes also list immunofluorescence (IF) as an application.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1067–1325 of human MRP4/ABCC4 (NP_005836.2), and the molecular weight is given as 140–200 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
