The ABCC3 transporter, also designated MRP3 (multidrug resistance-associated protein 3), is a membrane-bound efflux pump that moves organic anions, bile salts, glucuronides, and conjugated drug metabolites out of hepatocytes and enterocytes. Upregulation of ABCC3 is documented in cholestatic liver injury, in hepatocellular carcinoma, and in chemoresistant tumor subtypes, making it a target of interest for liver pathophysiology, oncology, and drug-transport research.

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against the human ABCC3 antigen. It is supplied unconjugated as an IgG antibody in a 50 µl vial, suitable for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous ABCC3 in cell and tissue lysates and for immunohistochemistry (IHC) localization of ABCC3 in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections.

Key features: host rabbit, polyclonal clonality, IgG isotype, unconjugated format, reactivity confirmed against human ABCC3. For best results, store the vial at -20 °C in single-use aliquots and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; thaw working aliquots on ice and keep refrigerated during active use. The unconjugated format allows pairing with secondary antibodies of the researcher's choice for chromogenic or fluorescent detection workflows.
