Anti-ABCC1 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ABCC1, also referred to as MRP1. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human and rat samples, supplied in liquid form.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 850–960 of human MRP1/ABCC1 (NP_004987.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 210 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
