Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide of human ABCC1 (also known as MRP1, multidrug resistance-associated protein 1, or ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 1) and is affinity-purified using the immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and has been tested for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, where it specifically detects the endogenous total ABCC1 protein. The vial is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications, this primary antibody is well suited to studies of drug-resistance transporters, glutathione-S-conjugate export, and leukotriene C4 transport pathways in cell and tissue models.
