Anti-ABCC1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ABCC1 (also known as MRP1), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 210–304 of human MRP1/ABCC1 (NP_004987.2) and is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration.

The antibody is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:100–1:500 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target is detected at an apparent molecular weight of 170–220 kDa.
