Anti-ABCB9 Antibody

Targeting a lysosome-resident ATP-binding cassette transporter also known as TAPL, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes human ABCB9, the peptide transporter that moves cytosolic peptides into the lysosomal lumen for MHC class I cross-presentation. Supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µL of polyclonal antiserum in a single vial, the reagent is validated for Western blot analysis of cell lysates and immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissue, supporting research in antigen processing, lysosomal biology, and tumor immunology.
