Anti-ABCB7 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the human ABCB7 transporter (ATP-binding cassette sub-family B member 7, mitochondrial), with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of the human ABCB7 protein. Supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of unconjugated Rabbit IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, the antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where it recognises endogenous levels of total ABCB7 protein, and it is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
