Anti-ABCB4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against ABCB4, supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It has been affinity purified and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-110 of human ABCB4 (NP_061337.1).

The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 144 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
