Anti-ABCB11 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ABCB11 (also referred to as BSEP) and has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1050–1150 of human ABCB11 (NP_003733.2) and recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 160 kDa. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
