Anti-ABCB10 (E479) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ABCB10, supplied in unconjugated form. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is raised in a Rabbit host using polyclonal technology.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 445-494 of Human ABCB10, and detects endogenous levels of ABCB10 protein. According to the manufacturer, the observed molecular weight is ~ 79 kDa and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
