Anti-ABCA8 (F1195) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1171–1220 of Human ABCA8. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ABCA8 protein, with a stated molecular weight of approximately 179 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
