The polyclonal antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, making it well suited for secondary-reagent workflows. It was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human ABCA8 and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
