Anti-ABCA4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets ABCA4 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human ABCA4 and detects endogenous levels of the ABCA4 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 256 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
