From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ABCA1 is supplied as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and recognises the ABCA1 protein, with validated use in immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on mouse and rat samples.
It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 70–300 of human ABCA1 (NP_005493.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The recommended working dilution for ICC/IF is 1:50–1:200.
For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
