Anti-ABAT Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 29-300 of human GABA transaminase (NP_001120920.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target protein has a predicted molecular weight of 50 kDa, and the reagent is prepared by affinity purification.

Recommended applications include Western blot at 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
