Anti-AARS2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets human AARS2, the mitochondrial enzyme Alanyl-tRNA synthetase 2, which is encoded on chromosome 6 and shows low tissue specificity. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human samples and listed for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with WB validated by the manufacturer.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 841–985 of human AARS2 (NP_065796.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is specified per lot and the reported molecular weight is 107 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
