Anti-AARS Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal, this Antibodies.com reagent targets the AARS protein (alanyl-tRNA synthetase, also annotated AARS1, AlaRS, or CMT2N), a class II aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase that charges tRNA-Ala with alanine during cytosolic translation. The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of liquid in a vial, applied directly in western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. The polyclonal format offers epitope diversity across the target, useful when probing the conserved catalytic and editing domains of the synthetase, which runs at approximately 107 kDa on western blot.
