Anti-AANAT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to AANAT is supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human and rat samples and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and belongs to the IgG isotype. The antibody detects endogenous levels of AANAT protein and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human AANAT. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa.
